This powerhouse of a woman is the very back-bone of Blue Coast Investment Limited. She is flexible and extremely organised and as a result operational efficiencies have greatly improved within the business. Catherine holds a bachelors of science in petroleum engineering and has undergone numerous training and certifications including NEBOSH, OHS Management System, NOSHC 1 and NOSHC 2 – to name a few.

Hailing from Kigoma originally, Noward is a man of integrity and values as well as an energetic leader in his field. Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in automobile engineering from the National Institute of Transport, Noward has vast technical experience in workshop setup, maintenance and procedures. Despite being a fairly new member to the team, he has already proven to be a valuable asset to the company.
